Courses

1. Cancellation made 10 days or more before the course start date: You will receive a full credit towards future courses or     programs.
2. Cancellation made less than 10 days before the course start date: A deduction of 15% will be applied to the total course fee, and the remaining amount will be credited towards future courses or programs.
3. Cancellation made after the beginning of the course: No credit is promised. However, if there is another individual who     takes the available spot, you will receive a full credit towards future courses or programs minus 15%.
